New Customers: Please review the documents below that are requirements for all our Critter Castle clients. All customers are required to schedule an initial consultation before scheduling any other services. Thank you, we look forward to serving you! Cancellations: We reserve the right to request a 50% refundable down payment for any requested services. The down payment will be refundable for any cancellations made within 48 hours of the time of service. Any cancellations made within less than 48 hours will forfeit their deposit. It will be up to our discretion as to whether we will use that forfeited deposit as a credit for future services or just retain the deposit due to the short notice of the cancellation.
