Pet Care Services
Welcome to our services page! We are happy to offer pet care services to the Peoria and Central Illinois area. We offer a wide range of services to meet every pet parent's needs. Should you decide to request pet care services, you can do so directly through our Request Services page. You may also contact us with any questions you may have. We request that all first time clients first schedule an initial consultation with us so that we can meet you and your pet or pets. Initial consultations usually take no more than 30 minutes and can be conducted in your home or ours. If you plan on having us pet sit in your home, it may be best to do so in your home so your pet knows it is okay for us to be there. Any pet parent who chooses to receive our services, especially for boarding, can receive daily photos and videos to make sure your pet is being cared for. We will also be posting pictures to our blog and our Facebook page.
Service rates are dependent upon specific service. Critter Castle accepts cash or check. We do accept credit card payments, but additional surcharges do apply. We require 48 hour notice of any cancellations or you will be charged for all or a portion of the service. We reserve the right to require down payments during any particularly busy day or weekend to secure your reservation.
